Primary one have just finished their 4 week “Let’s Bring the Inside Out” programme delivered by the Day Arch Children’s Centre. We had sessions filled with practical activities and movement which helped us to understand our emotions and how we can deal with them. Thank you to Claire and Feargheall who facilitated the programme.
