Primary 3 had a blast celebrating World Maths Day today! 🤩
They kicked off their morning by finding addition, subtraction and multiplication facts to make numbers between 20 and 100! A great way to warm up those maths brains and show off their number knowledge! ➕➖✖️
Then, they explored symmetry through some amazing symmetry art and took their learning outdoors with colourful chalk drawings that! 🦋
Next up, they put their problem-solving hats on for some exciting maths investigations.
Each child was given 14 multilink cubes and challenged to build an animal – with some amazing creations, and giraffes proving to be the most popular! 🦒
To round off the day, they jumped into a fun and fast-paced Blooket numeracy quiz! 🤩
